Pudding Pop Pudding Pops, frosty Popsicle treats originally made and marketed by Jell-O, were first launched with Bill Cosby acting as spokesperson. He marketed them as "Puddin' Pops!" Pudding Pops originated in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the 1970s in the United States of America. After being absent for a time, they were reintroduced to grocery stores under the ''Popsicle'' brand name.
